My home town 💖.

 


My home town is Kalutara.It is an absolutely stunning coastal town.It is situated in Western Province of Sri Lanka. Kalutara Bodhiya attracts a lot of pilgrims and tourists from all over the world .Kalu ganga is one of the major rivers .It's flows calmly through the city of Kalutara.Kalutara people are very hospitable and friendly . I love going to the beautiful  kalutara beach in the evening and enjoying its beauty 💖.Kalutara is a place full of natural beauty.

 Vesak is considered to be the most important religious festival for buddhists ❤️.This festival marks the birth,enlightenment and demise of Gauthama Buddha🙏. Vesak is marked on the full moon day in May🌕.Many people keep sill on this day.Beautiful lanterns ,known as vesak kudu are put up. Dansal,where people share food and drinks, is also set up. This vesak festival brings peace,happiness and harmony to people in sri lanka and arround the world 🙏🌕❤️.
